Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment is to be made by the Customer to TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS on or prior to the delivery of the bin via cash, band deposit or cheque.
  2. The contents of the bin hired form TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS remains the property of the hirer until full payment has been made. If payment is not made TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS may empty the in at the hirer's site, office or place of residence without further notice.
  3. It is a basic condition of the hire that NO ASBESTOS based materials or other HAZARDOUS materials to be placed in the bin provided to the hirer by TRUE BLUE TRAILERS BINS.
  4. If any ASBESTOS or HAZARDOUS materials are placed in the bin then TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS will charge the hirer for any and all costs of disposing of the contaminated contents and for any remedial services TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS has to undertake at its premises which are attributable to having a bin returned by the hirer which contains ASBESTOS based material or other HAZARDOUS material.

 

Customer Obligations

  1. The equipment provided by TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS is for the storage & collection of non hazardous waste materials.
  2. The hirer shall be responsible for the cleanliness and safe keeping if the bin & shall be liable for any loss or damage.
  3. The hirer shall not overload the equipment, nor use it for incineration purposes, and shall be liable for any loss. 
  4. The hirer warrants that the bin hired will not contain any HAZARDOUS or TOXIC waste as defined by applicable laws or regulations of the Commonwealth and states and territories of Australia and that no free flowing liquids or viscous materials shall be deposited by the customer in the bin.
  5. No mechanical means will be used to compact the contents being placed into the bin.
  6. On collection day, TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS vehicle shall have access to the bin. If the bin is blocked to prohibit collection, the hirer will be notified and an additional attempt will be made by TRUE BLUE TRAILER BINS vehicle. Any other attempts made for collection will be classified as an EXTRA SERVICE And will be charged accordingly.

 

Charges & Payments

  1. Standard hire includes up to 4 days. Any additional days will be charged at $15.00 per day.
  2. Any charges which are introduced by government bodies or dumps themselves.
  3. Mattresses $40.00 extra each.
  4. Tyres $20.00 each.
  5. Tyres on rims $25.00 each.
